Every day is a day to create! It's a time to leave the past behind us as we look towards better things to come! The first thing you'll notice is the cover is exactly the same as the one. To be honest, I played around with different covers, but I didn't love any of them as much as I love this one.
Let's call them a matching set and have a look at some of the changes I did make to the calendar pages. I chose quilt blocks as my theme this year, and all the blocks are from my Classic Quilt Blocks series which I know you love - you've learnt about them, sewed them and used them in projects, now let them decorate your sewing space.
I used a soft palette of colours this year because I think needs to be calm after our tumultuous , don't you? I read an apt quote the other day - "I will not accept until I have reviewed it's terms and conditions" ; So true, we deserve a much better year!
There's still lots of room to write in the calendar boxes or add some stickers for birthdays etc. I chose short quotes this year because I thought we could use them as daily mantra's or at the very least keep them forefront in our minds as we navigate another year. The only other change is the Note and Project sections at the bottom. I loved the sticky notes from but I wanted something more streamline and clean for this year's calendar, and I think these work better.
You can use these to record your finished projects, and for any other notes you need to keep yourself organised and productive each month.
I love putting these calendars together for you, and I use mine to record the blog posts I plan each month. I also pop one in my mum and daughters Christmas gift, and it's a gift that keeps giving all year.
I had mine printed at Officeworks, and I always choose a silky cardstock to make it looked polished and professional, but you could print them up on your home computer with any paper you have.
